Very very good customer service. I had questions before installing this App and Vitalii, the customer service rep, answered all my questions thoroughly plus gave me some more insight into how I can get our website load time to speed up. Can't recommend this app enough. I had mistakenly uploaded all my site images in a large file size and in the wrong format. My images were reduced to a manageable size in a number of hours (there were nearly 15,000 of them), which massively sped up my site's loading time. Further, they offered to change the format of all my images free of charge. They have gone above and beyond to help me - so friendly, so efficient.
Optimised images without any issues. Developer got back to me straight away to answer my questions. Recommended.

I saved 192 megs on 528 images... 72%!. The app made it easy to do and it took a minimal amount of time to perform the task. ALSO, and importantly, contrary to another review, NO ALT TEXT WAS REMOVED. The app did not affect anything in the Alt Text or SEO. Last, the support staff contacted me immediately with my initial inquiries on operation, etc.
The app also clearly allows you to RESTORE, View Details, Compare File Size...AND even compare the visual difference in files - ALL WITH A SIMPLE CLICK OF A BUTTON.
To reiterate - the support is awesome....not that you need it anyway :-)
