We didn't expect such a simple feature to have such a big impact. By guiding customers to valid city names during checkout, we've seen far fewer shipping mistakes and address-related support tickets. The checkout experience is smoother, our fulfillment team spends less time fixing orders, and deliveries are much more reliable. A small addition that has made a surprisingly big difference.

Automatic city name completion, and most importantly - no more typos!
It significantly reduced logistics issues and errors with shipping providers, and even lowered cart abandonment at checkout.
