Folosesc Incomy AI de aproximativ o lună pentru a suna clienții cu comenzi în draft sau coșuri abandonate, și sunt mulțumit de rezultate. Se înțelege că vorbești cu un AI și nu sună perfect natural, dar important e că funcționează. Recuperează comenzi pe care altfel le-aș fi pierdut fără să ridic un deget, și îmi convine că oricum am renunțat să mai sun clienții manual. (:
Mai are rateuri ici-colo și se vede că tehnologia e încă în dezvoltare, dar echipa lucrează activ la îmbunătățiri, și cuprind tot mai multe funcții utile cu timpul!
Unde își arată cu adevărat valoarea e la rezultatele pe care le aduce în raport cu suma de bani cheltuită: ROAS-ul e undeva între 20x și 40x(10€-20€ investiți), așa că financiar se amortizează singură de mai multe ori. O recomand oricui vinde pe Shopify în RO și vrea să recupereze comenzile draft!
O aplicație foarte utila, o folosesc deja de o luna-doua și îmi salvează zi de zi comenzi. Agentul AI chiar se descurca sa răspundă la orice întrebare pusă de client. Vocea suna foarte bine și oamenii cred ca vorbesc cu o persoana reală. Eu sunt mulțumită de aplicație, chiar o recomand, merita.
Folosesc INCOMY din primele zile de la lansare si pot spune ca sunt extrem de mulțumit. Configurarea este rapidă, iar integrarea cu Shopify funcționează fără probleme. În plus, automatizarea economisește timp și reduce riscul de a pierde comenzi care altfel ar fi rămas doar în stadiul de draft, fara a lua banii pe ele.
