Sehr gute und strukturierte App mit starkem Support

Ich nutze die Index AI App aktuell in unserem Store und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist übersichtlich, die Funktionen sind sinnvoll aufgebaut und man merkt, dass hier ein echtes Problem für Shopify-Händler adressiert wird.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Ich hatte ein paar Punkte beim Einrichten, unter anderem zum llms.txt Generator und zu bestimmten Produkt-Einstellungen. Der Entwickler hat sehr schnell reagiert, sich das Thema direkt angeschaut und sogar Anpassungen an den Features vorgenommen. Genau so wünscht man sich das bei einer App, die noch aktiv weiterentwickelt wird.

Zur langfristigen Wirkung kann ich nach der kurzen Nutzungszeit natürlich noch nicht abschließend etwas sagen, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Die App wirkt durchdacht, der Support ist persönlich und lösungsorientiert, und ich habe direkt auf Pro upgegradet, weil ich das Potenzial sehe.

Klare Empfehlung für Shopify-Shops, die ihre Sichtbarkeit für AI Search und moderne Suchsysteme verbessern möchten.
