IndexGPT: Get Found on ChatGPT

Support was extremely fast and my request was dealt with within a couple of minutes. The tool itself works flawlessly and it appears it does make a difference.

I had some doubts, as AI SEO is a new field for nearly any company.
They also provide me with extremely valuable input about sentiment analysis.
Also, I was able to make some suggestions regarding some fields length, etc. and they were not only supportive, but they implemented in under 10 min. some relevant things that all customers will benefit from.

Excellent app! easy to use, clearly explains what each section is, what it does and it worked like a charm! it was great being able to check my robots.txt and my llm position which is really helpful information. A+! Especially with all of the AI information and how it relates to your store, its here, and i have to admit, just going through this apps little education section where you get a satisfying movement toward completion of setting it up correctly. 100%

Support is extremely fast. The app itself is super straight forward and i love the analytics. It's awesome to be able to utilize built in functions and allow it for easier crawlability for other ai search tools.

I have been trying to contact the IndexGPT support team through both chat and email for more than a week, but I have received no response at all. This is very disappointing. At this point, I’m not even sure if the app is functioning properly or if anyone is actively maintaining it. Poor customer support and no communication makes it hard to trust the service.

Would not recommend until support improves.
