This app is fantastic. Quickly helped us setup the files that LLMs consume. We even paid for the optional assessment, and it was well worth it. The assessment found issues with our technical setup in the Shopify redirects that was preventing us from being crawled correctly. Highly recommended.

Support was extremely fast and my request was dealt with within a couple of minutes. The tool itself works flawlessly and it appears it does make a difference.

I had some doubts, as AI SEO is a new field for nearly any company.
They also provide me with extremely valuable input about sentiment analysis.

I’ve been using IndexGPT and overall the app has good potential. Initially, I faced some difficulty reaching the support team through chat and email, and I didn’t receive a response for over a week. Later, I realized that some of the support emails may have been going to my spam folder, which explained part of the delay.

That said, the live chat feature still doesn’t seem to be active, so communication can be a bit challenging at times.

I’m hopeful the support experience will improve going forward, as the service itself looks promising.

Excellent app! easy to use, clearly explains what each section is, what it does and it worked like a charm! it was great being able to check my robots.txt and my llm position which is really helpful information.
