Once we heard about this service and the price, we were up for giving it a try. The team have been really helpful in setting us up and answering any questions and now we have a really straightforward reviews app, that has asks minimal input from our customers and provides a quick and painless way to get feedback to our site and to google simultaneously. All our previous reviews were imported easily. There are many widgets to try out on our Shopify site that can fit into all kinds of spaces so it gives a lot of freedom over the design, look and feel. Customising branding and email workflows is easy too. It's a winner and it sure beats any others we tried to use on cost and features.
