Outstanding support and a developer who genuinely listens!

We've been working with Sumeet to build a corporate gifting solution for our Shopify store, and the experience has been excellent.

Our requirements are quite specific. We wanted to create a solution where companies and organisations can purchase gifts for their employees, who then use personal codes to choose from a curated selection of products.

Rather than simply telling us what the app could or couldn't do, Sumeet has taken the time to understand our business and has actively developed Seed to accommodate our needs.

Throughout the process, we've tested the app extensively and encountered a few technical challenges. Every time, Sumeet has been responsive, transparent and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Several improvements and new features have already been implemented as a direct result of our conversations.

What impresses me most is that this doesn't feel like dealing with a typical app support team. It feels like working directly with a developer who cares about both his product and the businesses using it.

We're still finalising parts of our setup, particularly the automation, but the collaboration so far has given us a lot of confidence.

I run a perfume brand and I don't have time to sit on Instagram all day hunting for creators.

The Seed team does the whole thing for us. They find the creators, vet them so we're not wasting bottles on fake followers, do the outreach, follow up when people go quiet, get the gift shipped, and then chase the creators for the videos. All I do is approve the creators

Everything is tracked in one place. I can open it whenever and see how many creators we've gifted, what has gone out, and the views the videos are pulling. No spreadsheets or tracking needed from our end

The app part is simple too, and i dont need to create order myself with leaked coupons. the creator orders shows up in my Shopify admin ready to ship after approval
