For eligible Shopify Payments chargebacks, Ink places the signed record's PDF and evidence text in your Shopify response, preserving evidence you've added. Shopify sends it to the bank on the due date, or you can submit earlier. The record brings together order-page views, device and browser details, available carrier scans and Shopify's card checks. Maps show distance from the delivery address only when location is shared.
