NIE POLECAM! nawet, jak działa to klienci bardzo często nie wybierają paczkomatu na THANK YOU PAGE i musisz się kontaktować, wklepywać ręcznie. Raz apka nie działała to mnie odesłali do supportu shopify zamiast sami naprawić problem. Support shopify musiał się sam do nich kontaktować xdWystawiłem złą ocenę to pisali żeby usunąć bo problem naprawiony(usunąłęm). Teraz jakaś aktualizacja, zrobiłem co w instrukcji i apka nie działa. Muszę się kontaktować z klientami sam aby podawali paczkomat... Omijać szerokim łukiem, niech stworzą coś sensownego.
Przykro mi, że aplikacja nie spełniła oczekiwań. Natomiast aplikacja robi to co obiecuje czyli pozwala zaoszczędzić na wyższym planie plus dodatkowych kosztach za uruchomienie CCS kosztem gorszego UX.
Niedługo wprowadzimy usługę automatycznego przypomnienia wybrania Paczkomatu dla klientów, którzy o tym zapomnieli.
This is a great application for giving customers the option of choosing a parcel locker on a basic plan. Very easy to install and works well. Mateusz provides both friendly and efficient customer support and was very helpful with any questions that I had.
