Aplikacja działa bardzo sprawnie i spełnia swoje zadanie. Integracja z systemem paczkomatów przebiegła bezproblemowo, a etykiety generowane są szybko i bez błędów. Obsługa klienta również na wysokim poziomie. Polecam szczególnie sprzedawcom, którzy szukają wygodnego i niezawodnego rozwiązania logistycznego.

słaby kontakt z obsługą klienta, napisałam w maju , że rezygnuję z aplikacji, ale nadal mi pobierają pieniądze. Do tego aplikacja wprowadza w błąd bo klient dopiero może wybrać paczkomat po opłacaniu zamówienia a powinna być ta opcja dostępna przy jego składaniu.
Wszystko śmiga. Szybka pomoc techniczna w razie problemów. Polecam!
Najlepsza aplikacja dla planu Basic. Kontakt z Michałem super, w razie problemów pomaga. Aplikacja cały czas rozwijana co jest fantastyczne.
