What stood out immediately with Insight IQ is how it simplifies complex data into clear decisions. Instead of digging through multiple dashboard, everything is centralized and interpreted for you. The platform highlighted discrepancies between our ad channel reporting and actual store performance, which helped us rebalance spend with more confidence.
Setup was quick, and the insights started kicking in almost instantly. It's become a core part of how we manage performance now.
We brought Insight IQ in mainly to sanity-check our attribution, but it ended up changing how we think about performance altogether. The biggest value for us has been understanding what’s actually incremental versus what’s just being over-attributed across channels. We had a few campaigns that looked strong in-platform but weren’t contributing nearly as much net new revenue as we thought.
The “True Blended ROAS” view is probably the most useful metric we look at now. It’s simple, but it forces you to operate off reality instead of platform-reported numbers. Once we started using that as our baseline, a lot of our previous decisions didn’t hold up.
