Easy to connect, but very hard to make it sell. There are no customizations, and the bot doesnt really answer what the customer needs. Love the concept, needs some work.
The Facebook & Instagram Shop AI app walks you through setup in a very easy to follow way. It is built for Shopify so it works hand and hand with my store. I'm trying the free plan but from what I'm seeing so far
