InstaIndex: IndexNow for Bing

We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.

I have not had any issue using this app. Setup and updates were smooth. It runs in the background and does its job without fuss. Will reach out to the team to help configure schema
