We've been running Intellect AI on our Shopify store for a few months now, and it's made a real difference in how we handle customer support.
The chatbot answers questions accurately, helps customers track and manage their orders, and makes product recommendations that actually feel helpful instead of pushy. It also handles the majority of routine questions on its own, so our team isn't buried in repetitive tickets.

We honestly think this is one of the best AI chatbot that we ever tried. Mostly all other app give very vague answers, but this app actually understands when to say what so customers actually engage and get to know every single details that our team simply cant sit to answer each of them.

Since we have a dropshipping website our major concern was trust and people taking us as a brand and customer can get confused about the details to make it a trustful product now this AI chatbot has resolved major part of their queries
