We have had a wonderful experience with the Interakt support team. We have been using the Interakt WhatsApp API system for more than 3 years, and it has helped us increase our WhatsApp inquiries and boost our sales.
The application is very helpful for our business, especially because the mobile app is available, which makes it easy for us to chat anytime. The customer support team is excellent. Whenever we face any issue, we just drop an email and the team gives quick support.
A special thanks to Nishant Arora for the Google Meet training and support. The training was very helpful and made it easy for us to learn and understand everything clearly.
Thank you, Interakt team, for your great support. We only have one small request: please update the Interakt dashboard with a newer and faster UI. This is just our opinion. Overall, we are very happy with Interakt and truly appreciate your service.
Fairly average experience. The pre onboarding support is good up until you make the payment. After that it is very difficult to get support for anything. Abandoned cart messages never work, Order confirmations fail about 30% of the time, shipping confirmations about 10% of the time. Support to resolve these issues are non-existent. Tried it for 8 months, now I have made the switch to AISensy.
There are a lot of negative reviews about this product, and to be fair, many of them are valid. I had a similar experience at first. However, everything changed when I was assigned to a support agent named Pranali. She resolved about 99% of my issues in a one-hour Google Meet session. Now my account is on autopilot: all automations are set up, and every setting has been optimized.
I have been disappointed with my experience using Interakt.
They offer a 14-day demo, but it does not provide access to all features, including key integrations. As a result, the only way to properly test the platform was to pay $51. Unfortunately, after paying, the app did not work as expected, leaving me out of pocket without being able to adequately evaluate the product.
The chatbot builder is also very basic, with limited features and a clunky user experience. It lacks the flexibility and functionality I expected, making it difficult to build and manage effective automated conversations.
Before signing up, I was also promised a fast-tracked onboarding/demo process. However, after payment was made, I was informed that I would need to wait approximately a week. This was frustrating as it did not match the expectations set during the sales process.
The support has also been poor. Despite raising several issues, I have not received satisfactory resolutions, and communication has often been slow and unhelpful. For a platform focused on customer communication and automation, I expected a much higher standard of support.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of effective support, the limitations of the chatbot builder, and unresolved issues, I have decided to uninstall the platform and move to an alternative.

I’m facing an issue with the Interakt app integration on my Shopify store.
The WhatsApp widget is not appearing on the website, despite completing the setup and configuration from my end. This is preventing me from going live, as I’m unable to properly test the customer journey and workflows.
I have already coordinated with the Interakt team, but the issue is still unresolved. It appears there may be a problem with how the app is rendering or being injected into the theme.
Additionally, I have already paid $51 for the service, but since installation, I have not been able to use it at all. Due to this, I request you to please process a refund at the earliest.
Kindly check:
Whether the app embed is correctly enabled in the theme
If there is any theme-level conflict preventing the widget from loading
Any script or permission-related issue from Shopify’s side
This is urgent, and I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this or processing the refund.

This app is very good for connecting and doing business on WhatsApp. The support team is also very helpful.
I was surprised to discover that a new pricing policy was applied to my account despite the fact that I am an active annual subscriber who paid in full in advance.
the new pricing should apply only to users who subscribe on or after a specific date, yet it was imposed on my existing subscription retroactively.
I still have several months remaining on my current plan. My reasonable expectation — and standard consumer practice — is that pricing changes apply upon renewal, not during an active, prepaid subscription. Applying new terms mid‑contract undermines transparency and violates basic consumer‑protection principles.
This is not a practice I have encountered with other subscription‑based services. Customers should be able to rely on the terms they agreed to at the time of purchase without concern that those terms will be altered unilaterally.
Additionally, there is no clear assurance that after paying for another annual subscription, the price will not be increased again shortly afterward. This creates uncertainty and erodes trust.
Presenting this situation as a “choice” is misleading, as the original agreement has already been paid for and should be honored in full. Fair pricing, contract stability, and respect for consumers are fundamental expectations.
Extremely disappointing experience with Interakt.
Our WhatsApp marketing automations suddenly stopped working because our subscription was automatically deactivated without any warning, even though we were already on a paid Growth plan (~$41).
To make matters worse, the platform then showed two different subscriptions on the same account:

Starter Plan under WhatsApp Marketing
Because the marketing channel had stopped functioning entirely, we were forced to subscribe again just to restore basic functionality, meaning we are now being double billed for something that should be a single service.
We raised a support ticket immediately.
It has now been several days with no resolution. The only response we received was:
"We are checking internally."
Meanwhile:
Our automations stopped working
Our WhatsApp marketing campaigns were disrupted
Our billing is incorrect
And there is no urgency from the support team
For a platform that positions itself as a critical business tool, this level of support is unacceptable.
When a company’s marketing infrastructure breaks, days of delay is not acceptable.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and the billing corrected, we will be moving our business to another platform.
Right now, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Interakt to any serious Shopify brand.

During onboarding, Interakt highlights:

Around ₹400 worth of free credits
At first glance, this creates the impression that the platform can be used freely during the trial period.
However, based on my experience:
The credits may be free
But the plan itself (e.g., Growth plan) may still be chargeable immediately
This is a very important distinction.
