This is a fantastic app and so simple and easy to use. But what is truly exceptional (apart from the price) is the support, the team behind it is extremely dedicated and very quick. We have managed to sync 1000s of products with no errors whatsoever so far. Thank you for that, truly recommended.

I've been looking for an app to synchronize inventory accross multiple stores for a while and this is one with the best price/performance ratio !
This app is fast, easy to use and fantastic customer support that helped me set everything up right!

We've used Synkro for about 6 months now to sync inventory between our 2 Shopify stores. While it works well 95% of the time, sometimes it causes inventory issues.
For example, let's say we have 50 of a product in inventory. Our inventory will show 50 in stock on both store 'A' and store 'B'. A customer places an order on store 'A' for 4 items, leaving the inventory at 46 on store 'A'. Synkro will then subtract 4 items from store 'B' so it matches at 46. However, sometimes, rather than subtracting 4 from store 'B' to make it match store 'A', it will add the 4 items back in to store 'A' to make it match store 'B' and our inventory will now show 50 in stock on both stores again when we physically only have 46.
This has happened several times now, and unless you manually go back through the inventory history of every product on both stores, there is no way of know when it occurs until you oversell.
Need to have an option within the app to set it to NOT add inventory back in unless triggered by an inventory transfer or manual inventory adjustment by store personnel. The app should not take it upon itself to add inventory back in without a triggering event.

This app really does the job syncing inventory across our stores, and the customer service is really good and fast in responding!


Easy to use ! The last feature Clone Products is perfect and the support has been fantastic :)
Will highly recommend to everyone.


We have 2 shops on Shopify, We used Synkro to synchronize inventory more 7K products (sync with Barcode/SKU). Works very well !

I commented on this product already from one of my other stores which uses this app. It really has saved me a lot of time, and the developer has been quick to respond to any questions or requests I have had.

We have a single inventory which supply's multiple different Shopify stores. When a product is sold in one store, this tool eliminates the need to manually adjust the inventories in all of our other stores for that product.

It took a little while to configure everything, but once we set it up, it has been working great!
