Great app! J'ai pu très simplement connecter les stocks de deux boutiques, plutôt que de faire un développement compliqué et coûteux pour mettre en place une API. Le service client est extrêmement réactif et répond efficacement à nos demandes. L'app m'a aussi permis de dupliquer à l'identique mes fiches produits sur un site parent, et de gagner beaucoup de temps. Je recommande

This app is perfect for keeping your inventory synced across multiple stores. The tech team are always on hand to help with any quires. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Change from 3 to 5 stars. After leaving the original review below, Eric reached out to us and worked with us to resolve the issues we had. In the ~18 months since working on these issues, we did not have them anymore. Additionally, the app has continued to add useful features and the user interface has gone from very basic and somewhat outdated looking to very intuitive and professional looking. Would definitely recommend.

We've used Synkro for about 6 months now to sync inventory between our 2 Shopify stores. While it works well 95% of the time, sometimes it causes inventory issues.
For example, let's say we have 50 of a product in inventory. Our inventory will show 50 in stock on both store 'A' and store 'B'. A customer places an order on store 'A' for 4 items, leaving the inventory at 46 on store 'A'. Synkro will then subtract 4 items from store 'B' so it matches at 46. However, sometimes, rather than subtracting 4 from store 'B' to make it match store 'A', it will add the 4 items back in to store 'A' to make it match store 'B' and our inventory will now show 50 in stock on both stores again when we physically only have 46.
This has happened several times now, and unless you manually go back through the inventory history of every product on both stores, there is no way of know when it occurs until you oversell.
Need to have an option within the app to set it to NOT add inventory back in unless triggered by an inventory transfer or manual inventory adjustment by store personnel. The app should not take it upon itself to add inventory back in without a triggering event.

We have 2 shops on Shopify, We used Synkro to synchronize inventory more 7K products (sync with Barcode/SKU). Works very well !

This is by for and away the best app on the shopify marketplace. I would be completely lost without it. Their support team is world-class and second to none. If you have multiple shopify stores, than this is the app you should be using.

i am using the app for 1 years now, really helped me to suppurate activities between different countries...
and also syncing activities from my brick and mortar stores.
Erik from the customer service is awesome, actually did a zoom with us to solve a problem

I've been looking for an app to synchronize inventory accross multiple stores for a while and this is one with the best price/performance ratio !
