Invoice Inn starts from your store. It reads your colours and fonts and designs an invoice that looks like your brand. Keep it, switch to another template, or change any field, column and label yourself with a live preview. No code. Setup is your company and VAT details and a few clicks. After that you stop thinking about invoices: they go out on their own, refunds get credit notes, and your accountant gets a copy of every document. Invoices and credit notes only, no packing slips.

Simple setup, handles high volume without issues.

Been using Invoice Inn for my Shopify store for a few months now and it's exactly what I needed. Setup took just a few minutes — you can customize the template yourself in simple steps, no coding required. I set my own invoice numbering from the start, which mattered for keeping continuity with my existing records.

I've sent more than two thousand invoices to customers through the app over these past 2 months, and it's held up reliably the whole time — invoices go out automatically once an order is fulfilled, so it's genuinely hands-off. VAT support works well too; no manual fiddling needed order by order.
