Invoice Wizard isn’t just an app – it’s our lifesaver in the chaotic world of B2B e-commerce. We run several B2B stores, and without this tool, we’d be buried under piles of invoice nightmares.
But then came Invoice Wizard: clean design, super intuitive, lightning fast, and honestly… just a joy to work with. Everything feels smooth and makes sense right out of the box.
And let’s talk about Russel – the true wizard behind the curtain. He’s always incredibly fast to respond, super helpful, and even goes the extra mile with custom features. If we could give him a trophy, we would (or maybe even name a child after him – okay maybe not, but still).
If you’re running a B2B store and need a rock-solid invoicing solution, stop searching. This is the one.

This was the default app I received by shopify when we first opened our store a few years back. We do not do a large volume of invoices and its pretty rare what we do manual invoices. This app no longer allows us to do that and trying to contact them does not work at all. Something they need to fix asap. Long story short you have many choices now and if you do not produce many invoices I would highly advise move on choose a better supported app!!
I have found Invoice Wizard very user friendly. They offer professional-looking templates that are easy to use. Support is very responsive. Overall, 10/10.
They suddenly changed their application to become a paid application which technically gives us a very bad look at having this application back on our website for us we have deleted this there are multiple options for invest generators much better than this developer good luck.
