This is a great app with a lot of different ways to sort collections. As a fashion brand, we have many products across all seasons and being able to group by season helps keep our product collections as relevant as possible.
My only request? Can Jedi support an interface where 'draft' products can be pre-arranged for a particular collection before they are set to 'active' such that when they go active they appear in the order selected? Would be powerful for our business.

Good news on your request: you can do this today. Open the collection in Jedi and click Arrange products in the Manual sorting card. Draft products appear in the grid alongside your live ones. Drag them where you want them and save, with sorting switched on for that collection. They keep that position while in draft and show up in exactly that spot the moment you publish them.
If a collection is sorted by a strategy instead, the strategy decides where new products land once they go live. To set launch order there, add the upcoming products to a Pinned products layer in the order you want, and they'll take those slots as soon as they're active.
