Strongly Not Recommended

In the entire history of our company, we have never encountered as many serious problems caused by a single external provider as we have with the JUO subscription app. Unfortunately, nothing works properly.

The system behaves unpredictably and creates constant operational chaos. For example, a customer selects free courier delivery at checkout, but upon subscription renewal is suddenly charged 12.90 for delivery. In another case, a customer has two separate subscriptions—one renewing every 21 days and another every 30 days—and the app automatically merges them into a single order without the customer’s consent. There are also situations where a customer selects Courier X, yet the app changes it to Courier Y on its own.

These errors have repeatedly caused us to unintentionally misinform our customers, damaging trust and creating a situation that is extremely difficult to resolve.

Customer support is equally disappointing. Responses are slow and inconsistent, sometimes taking up to two days. Even simple issues take far too long to resolve, and attempts to contact support by phone are ignored. There is a clear lack of urgency and accountability.

What is most surprising is the number of positive reviews, which do not reflect our experience at all.

Considering how unstable and faulty this application is, the pricing is unreasonably high—especially when you factor in the additional commission fees.

We strongly DO NOT recommend JUO.

Juo’s renewal automation tools have been a lifesaver, helping us cut down on manual tasks and keep things running on schedule. That, and the people at Juo, namely Tomek and Pawel, have been so patient and on top of things, def going above and beyond for meowbox.

It's been a breeze working with the Juo team. They are lovely to work with, hands on and very quick to resolve issues.

Compared to ReCharge and Appstle, Juo is miles better. Let alone they're cheaper, their on-boarding is brilliant, the migration is seamless and a better looking widget! (allows you to customise and works out the box with most other e-commerce apps)

Would 100% recommend giving Juo a try if they're looking to offer subscriptions.

choosing a sub app is a critical and sometimes tough choice, but Juo makes it easy by doing all the right things

they listen to feedback, quickly deploy updates, and deeply understand their customer's pain points

Juo is by far the most flexible subscription service app we've come across. Our subscription products require different bundled items at different intervals and Juo was able to handle this with ease.

We've previously used another subscription service that did not handle this at all and required us to create complex flows and customer tagging to make this possible. We've researched all subscription services and none offered what we needed. Once we migrated to Juo everything is now handled in a single app.

Juo's support is fantastic. Their response time is fast and they made the migration process painless. I wish Juo was available when we first started offering subscription products as it would have saved us tons of time and headaches.

So far so great! Juo and the team behind Juo are fantastic - our subscriptions have doubled with the ability to offer dynamic subscription models which are much more incentive and sustainable. High recommended!
