Great App and Support by Juo App Team. Really recommend for subscription engine!

I have been using Juo for two months . They took care of migrating us from Recharge which was a consistent nightmare . Very easy to use plus I love the tiered feature where you can offer an additional discount on the first shipment . It gives us endless possibilities for promotion of these products . . I have emailed support a couple of times with questions and got a very timely reply . So far my favorite app .

This app and the team behind it are phenomenal. The standard pricing tier alone gives you so much more than most other similarly priced subscription apps, and the pro tier is amazing giving us so much flexibility.

The team behind the app are outstanding as well. Our setup has been quite tricky because of the way our product pages are coded, but the dev team has been diligent every step of the way in customising the app to do exactly what we need it to. Great product.

I highly recommend Juo Subscriptions. We have been using another app for years. I found it challenging to use, and it needed more functionality. Juo came to the rescue. One of the best features of Juo is the ability to put products on subscriptions at the variant level. This is perfect for us because we don't allow subscriptions for bulk sizes of our products. We also use Juo's Build-a-Box functionality, making purchasing much easier for our customers. The support from Juo has been top-notch. Alina is accommodating, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm glad we made the switch to Juo. If you're using another subscription app, you should take a serious look at Juo.

Juo has provided a really strong bundle builder combined with a subscription system, which actually works brilliantly. Other subscription + bundle builders we’ve tried through the more established premium Shopify subscription apps have been inflexible and buggy. Not so with Juo. As the app has continued development, the flexibility for customers to swap out products in their bundles within their own dashboard has really helped take it to an extra level for us, resulting in fewer customer service messages related to subscription bundles, and importantly happier customers who are able to mix, match, and swap out products in their bundle subscriptions with ease.

What's more, customer support is superb. Very fast response times and very quick resolving of any issues we’ve encountered along the way.

The Juo subscriptions app is simply in a league of its own. The design is beautiful -our build-a-box looks better than most websites that use very expensive custom code. Even better, the Juo team is extremely smart, responsive, and helpful. They were able to customize the look of our build-a-box in just a few days time, catering to the specific needs of our unique customers. I tried a lot of other subscription services before Juo and none of them can hold a candle to what this team can do. 5 stars and then some!
