Juphy: AI Chatbot & ChatGPT

We tried tons of Chatbots and Juphy is definfelty the best. Its very simple to implement and customize. Also the support team is great as they are very responsive and supportive. They also offer to train the bot based on some provided inputs, in our case they trained the bot based on our very intensive blog. That being said, training of the bot is not (yet) perfect, so it's sometimes little bit hard to get the bot answering what you want him to answer.

Seems a great product that I would love to integrate into my store. Easy to set up and worked well. I like to be able to step away from my shop to relax , and lovely to know that any questions are being answered!

Customer support seems pretty good too.

Unfortunately not enough demand in my shop in Norway for it yet, but something I will install again in future when traffic is higher!

Juphy has given me a an around the clock sales assistant, who knows everything on my store, language is easily retrainable and every time I’ve reached out to customer support they’ve responded promptly and been able to do exactly what I was after. Highly recommend

This app helps me to keep on top of my customer service at all hours and I love that you can retrain it!
