Kansha asks one survey question on your Thank you and Order status pages, when buyers are most willing to answer. Ask how they found you, why they bought, or anything you word yourself. Kansha requests no access to your products, customers, or orders, and it runs outside checkout, so nothing it does can interrupt a sale. Answers collect in one list you can export to CSV. A buyer is asked once per order, never twice, on either page.
