We’ve been using Kelmora at Lift Down and have been really impressed so far. It does a great job of surfacing things we might otherwise miss, especially unusual changes in orders, refunds, inventory, and product performance.
The AI explanations are actually useful and give helpful context around why something may be happening instead of just showing more charts and data. The daily briefings are also a nice way to quickly see if anything needs our attention without constantly digging through Shopify.
For a growing store with a lot going on day to day, having an extra layer of monitoring like this is extremely helpful. Excited to see how the app continues to develop.
