This is a powerful app to understand business performance, especially in the area of customer acquisition. It brings a number of metrics into a single dashboard and makes it easy to understand trends, spot issues, and improve your business. The app is also rapidly gaining new features. Very high value for the cost.

I love this service. Kendall is run by shop merchants who know the key data and information necessary to build a successful business and they present that data in clear, easy to digest ways that are meant to be actionable by their clients. Kendall is our "goto" data/analytics provider.

Kendall is a high-value app at an affordable price. We love so many things about this attribution tool, including the daily email showing the KPIs that matter most to us. Also, I like how easy and intuitive the dashboard is.

Brad and his team communicate transparently via email and Loom videos about updates and thoughts around attribution, CRO, etc.

We highly recommend this as the valued option to even the most expensive attribution alternatives.

Love this app! You will never find a perfect attribution tool, but a tool that assigns a sale to only 1 source is very important none the less! Why pay more for a tool the more you do in orders and revenue. That is 1 of the things I love most about this tool. You get an amazing tool for an amazing flat rate each month. Doesn't matter if my business explodes or shrinks, we pay the same.

That being said, I love all of the features that Kendall offers. It also seems like I am getting emailed weekly about new features they are adding. Really enjoy that this is a tool made by a succesful ecom owner for ecom stores and would recommend it to anyone spending money on ads.

A gem of an app. I'm so impressed with the app and Brad (and his team's) responsiveness. I love how we get insight on how things are going "overall" across all customers, and how new features are constantly being released. (Some of which because I specifically asked for them!) I'll be sticking around for a long time!

I love Kendall. It gives us all the attribution and stats that we need to make informed decisions. We've tried all of the larger competitors' software and Kendall is by far the winner by a long shot, in our opinion. Additionally, the founder is very transparent and accessible. We've had several conversations with him and he is very appreciative and open to feedback. Since using it, we have referred several others to use it and will continue to do so. Kendall has been a real breath of fresh air, and it's honestly positively impacted my store's operations in so many ways. It has saved me countless hours that I used to spend sifting through hundreds of tables and metrics and csv files, trying to stitch together data from Shopify, Google, and Facebook.

My favorite part of Kendall is that it's intuitive and it's not overwhelming- it focuses my attention on the metrics I need to know about at any given time, it helps me find signal from all the noise.

I also don't need to worry about their pricing skyrocketing as my business grows- it's nice to feel like I'm being treated fairly.

In a world where data is as scattered as my thoughts on a Monday morning, this app emerges as the superhero of data aggregation and reporting. It pulls in numbers from Shopify, Meta, Tiktok and Google, helping me make sense of the sales, conversions, and performance chaos.

The reports are zippy, fast, and easy to read. Its dashboard is cleaner and significantly better than Triple Whale's, which, in turn, was ten times better than Northbeam's. I couldn't be happier with Kendall. It offers superior functionality at a more attractive price, without the pressure of committing to annual contracts.

High performance yet easy to use.

I must say kendall is just as effective as the more expensive incumbents in the market. Its user interface is so intuitive and straightforward that even my less technically inclined staff have found it easy to navigate. It allowed me to discontinue using Northbeam, saving costs without compromising on the quality of insights. The clarity of reporting is great – Kendall presents data in an easily digestible format. It's what Google Analytics should have been!

The intraday and customizable dashboards are features that I particularly appreciate. They offer a level of detail and flexibility that I didn’t find in Northbeam.

Installation and setup took literally 5 minutes since Kendall can read and understand Northbeam's tracking parameters for attribution. This must have been the smoothest app installation I've ever seen!

Kendall is my go to app. I've been using it for several months now and I check this app before I check Shopify. I love the simple UI and the ease in which I can get to the data that is important to me. The dashboard is on point and the ability to see customer journey from the main page keeps that critical aspect front and center rather than buried somewhere and "out of sight out of mind." For the price, I'm not sure there is a better value for a tracking suite that offers core functionality plus some usability enhancements over what you get from an app like Triple Whale. Also, the dev is very responsive and they are constantly rolling out new features and UI improvements. I highly recommend.
