I installed DataChamp to export picking lists for our Shopify orders.
The setup was a bit tricky at first, but the support team was super kind and helped me step by step.
The app is very flexible and allows detailed customization, which has really improved our work efficiency.

This app is beyond amazing. We had an extremely complex finance file that needed to be generated to load the transactions into a SAP system. DataChamp made modifications to the product to give us the extra functionality we required. They went above and beyond with the level of support they provided and helped to to create an extremely complex file. I would recommend them for anyone needing a data extraction app from Shopify.

I have tried a few export apps. This was by far the easiest to set up and had some options that fit what I needed to customize the spreadsheet data produced. I had one need that was more difficult to setup (metafield data) and Robert responded within the hour and had it setup for me not long after.

We were looking for an app that could create a SAP import file without having to spend thousands of dollars in development from SAP's side. This app did it without much effort.
Next to that the support is fast and helpful and they quickly fixed any issue that we encountered.

Initially I wasn't able to find the report I was looking for (Return Reason by Order) but I reached out to the support team and they were very professional and quick in their responses and they were able to implement the feature I requested within 2-3 days.

First of all the App is DSGVO Konform since the company is in the EU.

We use this app to export orders as csv in order to import them into an external portal. Data Champ offers all the necessary features to configure the export down to the smallest detail. The support is excellent. For our export, some changes or extensions to the app were necessary. These were implemented very quickly after joint consideration and are now available to all users. Highly recommended.
