DataChamp ‑ Data Export/Report

This app is a great help in setting up automation because it can export order data collected by other apps that does not appear in default Shopify exports. Not only does this app work well in doing what honestly should be a default Shopify export feature, its support team has been super helpful and instrumental in helping us get set up properly. This is a super powerful tool that actually works - we are grateful!

This app is beyond amazing. We had an extremely complex finance file that needed to be generated to load the transactions into a SAP system. DataChamp made modifications to the product to give us the extra functionality we required. They went above and beyond with the level of support they provided and helped to to create an extremely complex file. I would recommend them for anyone needing a data extraction app from Shopify.

I have tried a few export apps. This was by far the easiest to set up and had some options that fit what I needed to customize the spreadsheet data produced. I had one need that was more difficult to setup (metafield data) and Robert responded within the hour and had it setup for me not long after.

We were looking for an app that could create a SAP import file without having to spend thousands of dollars in development from SAP's side. This app did it without much effort.
Next to that the support is fast and helpful and they quickly fixed any issue that we encountered.

Initially I wasn't able to find the report I was looking for (Return Reason by Order) but I reached out to the support team and they were very professional and quick in their responses and they were able to implement the feature I requested within 2-3 days.
