Kleio Analytics

I am very pleased I found getkleio. I have had a conversation with Mathias who runs ecommerce in Denmark and understands the landscape first hand. He is very responsive to feedback, and has a nice roadmap feautre. I have just used getkleio for a few weeks, and I have already seen many changes.
One thing I really appreciate is that we can add costs very accurately, so we see our actual profitability with all variable costs and fix costs at the same time. Once it integrates with finaloop, it will be even better, as we will have actual real time cost numbers to work with for fix costs... Also, it does a really great job, incorporating refunds. They are attributed to the original order, so your numbers are always accurate, and you can even see what channels have higer returns. No other platfrom we have looked into could do this right. I look forward to using Kleio and helping Mathias improve the platform. If you are on the fence, it costs so much less than anything else out there. Just sign up, you won't regret it.

I’ve been really impressed with Kleio. The founder, Mathias, is a great guy with a strong background in statistics, and it shows. He genuinely knows what he’s doing when it comes to turning messy e-commerce data into something you can actually trust and act on. The interface is beautiful, fast, and intuitive, which makes checking your numbers something you actually want to do. If you’re running a Shopify store and you’re not using a proper P/L app yet, it’s time. And at Kleio’s price point, this is a no brainer.

A fantastic app because it’s so simple. The most important data at a glance, explanations for the key KPIs and super friendly support on top of that. An absolute must-have for any small business at an unbeatable price.

This application is clearly built by an actual e-commerce operator. No fancy bells and whistles – just a lean, intuitive solution for anyone who genuinely wants to understand their unit economics, margins, and overall financial health.

After years of using tools like Triple Whale and Lifetimely, it's honestly a relief to find a dashboard that delivers actionable data on a daily basis.

Kleio has quickly become our single source of truth when it comes to financial metrics.

On top of that, the support is exceptional. The founder is always willing to jump on Slack to discuss both your insights from Kleio and new features that could actually make life easier for operators.

Excellent application. Very underrated. I came from using Triple Whale and Lifetimely but Kleio just gives you such a better vision of what really matters in the end (profit in the bank).

Also had a two hours call with Mathias, solo founder, very nice guy and he took his time to explain everything.

Kleio is really easy to use too, and will help me going forward to reduce wasted spend and ameliorate operations overall.

This is quickly becoming one of my visited websites... This tool is fantastic at showing the most important metrics in ecom and its built a guy who has operated a brand so he knows what's important. You won't find 5 gazillion metrics to distract you and I love it. Its getting better day by day and its one of the first things I check for the prior day. Its helped me focus more on contribution margin and profitability than anything else - which is priceless. I love it and think its definitely a great app! Just give it more love on mobile and I'll be a super happy camper!
