Knockers Discounts 協助商家在同一個後台管理商品與分類促銷。每筆活動可設定折扣百分比、開始與結束時間、適用顧客分群，以及是否與其他商品、訂單或運費折扣搭配使用。啟用主題 App Embed 後，符合資格的顧客可在商品列表與商品頁看到原價、折扣價與省下比例，Shopify Functions 則在購物車與結帳套用商品折扣。商家也可設定活動是否允許於 Shopify POS 購物車執行；實際自動折扣僅適用於符合 Shopify POS Pro 條件的地點。批量產品特價模式會直接更新商品規格的售價與原價欄位，保存原始價格，並在活動結束後協助還原。
