1x por semana a integração cai e os pedidos param de entrar no Kommo. Tentamos de tudo, e não volta. Abrimos chamado, e normalmente demoram dias pra resolver.

Usamos para pós-venda e relacionamento, e quebra todo o nosso fluxo. A ferramenta do Kommo é ótima, mas essa integração é péssima e prejudica o trabalho. Estamos pensando seriamente em migrar de ferramenta.

Estou usando a Kommo há um tempo e tem me ajudado bastante na organização da rotina da clínica. Centralizar as mensagens do WhatsApp e Instagram em um só lugar tornou o atendimento mais ágil e eficiente.

A plataforma é simples de usar e funcional. Recomendo para quem precisa de mais agilidade e organização no contato com os clientes.

La uso a diario y me ha ayudado bastante a gestionar diferentes canales de venta desde un solo lugar. Principalmente la utilizo para WhatsApp. Me gustaría que mejoraran un poco las opciones de automatización con IA, espero que lo mejoren pronto!
