We rebuilt our parts navigation around Konfigr and it's been one of our best decisions. It let us replace flat collection pages with model-specific exploded diagrams where customers click a hotspot to find the exact part they need. The unlimited hotspots handle our 20 to 40 component diagrams easily, and we've deployed it across dozens of models with no issues.
Trent was a huge help with setup and made sure everything worked perfectly. It's made finding the right part effortless for our customers, and that's exactly what we needed.
