購入者が宛名・但し書きを入力して領収書PDFを自分で発行できる、インボイス制度対応の帳票アプリ。「領収書ください」の問い合わせ対応をゼロにします。
日本のストア向けの領収書・納品書アプリです。購入者は注文状況ページやメールのリンクから、注文番号とメールアドレスで本人確認のうえ、宛名と但し書きを入力して領収書PDFをその場でダウンロードできます。ストア側の作業は不要になり、領収書に関する問い合わせ対応がなくなります。領収書は適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号、税率ごとの対象金額と消費税額、軽減税率の注記に対応しています。同じ注文への再発行には「再発行」と表示され、番号も変わらないため、経理処理で混乱しません。発行履歴は税率別内訳付きのCSVでエクスポートでき、会計ソフトへの取り込みに利用できます。ギフト向けに金額を印字しない納品書も発行できます。電子発行のため収入印紙は不要です。
- 購入者セルフ発行: 注文番号とメールで本人確認し、宛名・但し書きを入力して即PDF発行
- インボイス制度対応: 登録番号・税率別内訳・軽減税率の注記を自動で印字
- 再発行の管理: 2回目以降は「再発行」を表示し、同じ番号のまま再出力。連番も自動採番
- 会計用CSV: 発行履歴を税率別内訳付きでエクスポートし、会計ソフトに取り込み可能
- 納品書対応: 明細付き納品書PDFを発行。ギフト用に金額を印字しないオプションあり
