Kustomer integrates well with Shopify. All order info comes through to the customer's timeline and allows us to easily see order history. We have had kustomer integrated with Shopify for a few years and have never had any data syncing issues. We also are able to funnel specific orders from Shopify to specific fulfillment channels within our organization, giving our customers a better experience.
We have abandoned another very popular CSR system in Kustomer's favour, which was a great decision.
This app is flexible, tech support is always here for you, and new features are added constantly. Starting with filters and automation and ending with a smart chatbot (integrated into Shopify in the blink of an eye), we enjoy working with it.
Strongly recommend for all Shopify sellers. You should try, and you will never want anything else.

Kustomer keeps things running smoothly. I can see all the Shopify order info, process refunds, check past conversations, and keep everything organized. No more jumping between a bunch of tabs. It also pulls in emails, chats, and social messages, which is super helpful. It’s easy to customize and their support team has been great. If you’re running support for a busy store, this is definitely worth it.
