EDITED: The developer reached out to us on Instagram and worked to create a solution for our problems. So far, I am able to print what I needed to print, from my phone. The PDFs now download correctly & I am able to print UPC labels to a Brother wireless printer from my Android phone. Shopify's native label app does not support any Brother labels.
In addition, I like how easy it is to customize the appearance of the labels. It looks like there are more options that we might use in the future, but for right now I really just need to print a few dozen labels every month for the stock I am creating.

Looks like it should work... says it should download a PDF on Android... says that it HAS downloaded the PDF... but nope! No PDF is downloaded. Searched everywhere on my brand new Fold Ultra, no PDF downloaded. The Settings and Print History options don't even open, I just tap the menu option and it just sits there.
This is a shame bc I thought this would solve my problems. I need to be able to print labels from my phone wirelessly to a Brother printer in my studio.
Thank you for coming back and updating this. You caught a real bug: on your Fold Ultra the app said the PDF had downloaded when nothing had actually landed on the device, and that is exactly the kind of thing a label app cannot get wrong. It is fixed, and I am glad we sorted the printing out together over Instagram.
Custom sizes and Brother label stock are things we want to get right, so if you hit a size or a layout that misbehaves, tell us and we will fix it. Same for anything in the app that does not open or respond the way you expect on the Fold. We would rather hear about it than have you work around it.

Your request was the useful kind: a QR code and a barcode on the same label, sized for the shelves of a physical store, and the app had no template for it. Finally, barcode labels that print correctly the first time.
We switched after the official Shopify app started defaulting every variant to 1 label-we were 40+ quantities before every print run. With LabelCraft, I save a preset once and reprint a full collection in about 30 seconds.
The custom label sizes worked with a Brother printer out of the box, the preview is exactly what comes out of the printer and our EAN-13 codes finally scan every time.
Support replied within a few hours on a sizing question. Should have moved months ago !
Thanks for the detailed rundown, especially the before and after on label counts. That default-to-1 behavior on multi-variant products is one of the most common complaints we hear from people switching over, and it's why presets work the way they do: set the mapping once, reprint the whole collection without re-checking every variant.
Glad the Brother worked with zero format wrangling. We test presets against Brother and Zebra models specifically, because "preview matches what comes out of the printer" sounds obvious until it isn't.
Good to hear support got back to you fast on the sizing question. We keep the team small on purpose so those questions get answered by someone who actually knows the label stock, not routed through a ticket queue.
