Receive a purchase order as usual, then print its barcode labels at the quantities that arrived.

The purchase order screen has no label printing, and a second PO system is a lot to take on just to get PO labels. LabelDock reads what you receive in Shopify and prints receiving labels as a PDF for your label printer, at the quantities you accepted, not the ones ordered. A delivery received in several rounds only prints its new units. It never changes your inventory. Ask Sidekick which deliveries still need labels, or how many you printed this month. Custom sizes, Code128 from SKU, CSV export.

Purchase order labels and transfer labels, at the quantities you accepted
Receiving labels for deliveries in several rounds: only the new units print
Read-only: never changes your inventory, no second PO system to learn
Dymo labels, Zebra labels, Avery labels, Brother DK sizes, single-label reprint
Print labels your way: a layout per label size, edited next to the preview

LabelDock solved a problem that has frustrated us with Shopify for years. We receive inventory using Shopify purchase orders, and simply being able to print barcode labels for the exact quantities received should be an easy process — but it wasn’t until we found LabelDock.

The app is simple, works perfectly with our DYMO LabelWriter, and has made our receiving process much easier. Even better, the developer is extremely responsive and genuinely interested in making sure the app works for real-world retailers.

At $99/year, it’s a small price to pay for the amount of time and frustration it saves us. Highly recommended for any Shopify retailer receiving inventory through purchase orders.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. Printing labels for exactly what a purchase order delivered, without re-entering anything, is the gap LabelDock was built for, so it's good to hear it holds up on real deliveries with your DYMO. If a delivery ever does something unexpected, reply here or write to me and I'll look into it.
