I got myself into a bind and had done a ton of work on a page - I asked for help publishing my page and received AWESOME customer service. Within 10 minutes they helped make sure I didn't lose any of my work. This is an amazing app.
Helpful support, friendly staff. Questions answered in a timely manner, didnt have to wait long for live support.
Love how the support chat actually helps so much when building the website! Wouldn't have made such a nice webpage without their help!

App is great but needs more "detail touches".
Oddly, those "detail touches" can be done by their support team. Impressively its a very simple chat with .jpeg upload function, very effective. Ask questions, screenshot or draw a picture. Support team is 100% the backbone and I will continue to use without hesitation.
If possible improve on;
theme/template section functions
simplified style operation functions
include a coverpage template

Their support is second to none. It's like having a web developer on standby at 60 seconds notice. Anything I need, they do it. Love it!
I used this app to build my home page as I need it to be more interesting which i have achieved. Big thanks to Flora from the team who helped to do exactly what i wanted. Now i have my dream home page.
