I have used this app for a little while, so far its pretty user friendly, they have many beautiful templates for you to choose from, however, one down side I am facing so far is that unlike a true page builder, they do not really have drag and drop elements, it still feels limited and restricted where many elements cannot be freely shifted around, therefore, I often need to ask for help from the support staff to add or remove some elements through coding. Maria was very helpful in answering and helping me with my issues. If you do need to build a nice e-commerce page, Layout Hub is a good option :)
I have some minor problems, but the customer service attitude is very good, actively help me to solve
LayoutHub's support team is next level. They not only got back to me in a timely manner, but went above and beyond working through the problems I was having. I worked with Maria and she resolved my issues fast and seamlessly. I highly recommend using their services!
