I AM ALWAYS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE STORE LOCATOR. IT DOESNT WORK
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with our app. Our support can certainly help you get any issues you're having resolved. You'll just need to reach out to our support so we can then assist you. I'm not seeing any attempts from your store to contact us. You can find how to contact our support in the app or you can use the Support section on our Shopify app page.
I see from a quick look at your account that it appears that your integration with Google Maps isn't setup and working properly. That's something that needs to be configured in your Google account but you can find help guides on setting that up in the app. We can also help you with that by contacting our support.

For the Get Direction, the store locations should not rely on google location it should show as per Latitude and Longitude that we have mentioned. Need option to add Store picture.
