The interface is impossible to use and feels non functional. They ask to add a small amount to get started, and then you are still not able to send abandoned cart messages. Seems fraud. The ratings are high but reviews are all negative. So it is fishy.
I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.
Downloaded as you assume 4,000 good reviews must mean a great app. Can only assume they are fake worst app ever and took £4 before even opening. be very careful No support or help and all links broken
Started using this app after seeing the reviews. But the experience as an user is different. The interface is very confusing. The app is deducting my wallet balance without sending the Whatsapp messages. Tried to reach support team through phone and chat multiple times, but there is no response at all, though its mentioned as 24x7 support. Very bad experience !
there was some issue in whatsapp automated message and its very common to have such issue. we have fixed that issue. we dont have any control on whatsapp . they do nasty things and ban or restrict or pause or reject templates and msg stop going. we try l;evel best to fix as soon as possible
Extremely spammy interface. They say its free, but its no more free. Automation is compulsory to use the app which means it will charge you money for the same.
i am not using the application only i install and few hour after i remove the app they will raise a bill this app is not good.
This app is so difficult to use you can not use it even for trial basis without paying were difficult to get hold of customer care. worst 250rs spend ever! I do not get how they are giving use shopify chat its just the worst!
App is not free, multiple times asking money for small small things.
I've not getting whatsapp messages recently and realized that app is not working and seen on my website. When I cheched it that it is requesting a payment monthly.

Whatsapp is 1000 billion dollar company. they offer whatsapp free to all. in return what they get??
We all have become sales target for whatsapp and they push marketing msg and get money. we wont do any such thing ever to our customer. so we charge little to manage server price. Remember, if you get something free then you are the product.
Customer support is not responding.
