support is not replying i paid for a membership and it says not activated so i can't see sessions and support never replies
GUYS DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP , they will mess up your shop and enter your data, and you will have thousands of bots from china in your store

The Live Session app is one of the best tools for understanding customer activity, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation. Setting it up was quick, and features like session replays and heatmaps made analyzing user behavior seamless. By far the best replay app I've used. I tried one previous to this which was terrible, LiveSession works smoothly without any errors and organizes the replays well, accurately showing country and device so I know which replays are from me and which are customers.

Heat maps doesn't work, elements don't show up. Wrote for support 2 weeks ago, no response after trying to get in contact again.

We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!
