Super Local Delivery significantly reduced our operational load by enabling one-time route creation, automatic order closing, and smoother coordination with riders across multiple vendor pickup locations. The rider app is simple and practical, though further simplification for non-tech-savvy drivers and an “external delivery route” option for third-party logistics would make it even more powerful. Overall, it’s a reliable, real-world logistics solution backed by a responsive and helpful support team.

I’ve been using the app for two months now, and everything is great — customer service is excellent.
Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately.
Other than that, the app is fantastic. It has made things much easier for me, and I’m now able to manage deliveries comfortably.
