Love Loyalty is an excellent choice, and would argue the best Loyalty platform for B2B ecommerce stores. It works just as well for simple, elegant retail rewards programs as it does for more sophisticated setups that reward different customer groups with unique earning and redemption rules.

We support both B2B and D2C audiences and needed a loyalty platform that gave us the flexibility to design distinct programs for retail customers + multiple wholesale segments. Love Loyalty delivered exactly that. It was the only solution on the Shopify App Store that was both willing and capable of building the segmentation we needed. Kudos to the team and what they built.
