Great app with plenty of options to customise our loyalty programme to suit our business.

So far this app has made my life much easier. I would have given it five stars except for the lack of making it so points are automatically used when they reach the reward tier.

Really happy with Love Loyalty so far. I set up the points system and it fits into my theme nicely, and I love that it shows up right in the cart drawer, so customers can see and use their points without any extra steps. The VIP tiers are my favorite feature: a great way to reward my best customers. Easy to set up and looks great. Highly recommend!
