We love Love Loyalty. Their interface is very easy to use and has been a great improvement from other loyalty programs, especially on the point of sale end. Whenever we have a question or issue they are always super easy to communicate with

The Love Loyalty Team is great to work with. Very accessible and patient. They will help you get everything up and running smoothly and has even been there when I have questions down the road. Since putting the program in place - I have gotten wonderful feedback from our customers how they appreciate the program and like being able to use it on their purchases. I had worked with 2 other loyalty programs prior to finally discovering Love and this one just makes sense. I like that the program can grow and expand as we are ready. Es muy sencilla de usar, permite personalizaciones y el equipo de atención al cliente responde rápido y resuelve. Any issues or questions that came up were handled right away, which made working through the initial kinks smooth, time efficient and never frustrating. Set up has been seemless with the help of Balint and the team in the background. Very responsive and helpful. The app itself seems to be better than others on the market, especially the Referral element. We are hoping for good results going forward.

The app is so efficient and intuitive for our customers: much better than any of the previous loyalty apps we've used (including those widely used out there who use complex and heavy floating widgets).

The app allows customers to redeem every single point they have (through a slider, straight in their Mini / Drawer Cart), not just predefined amounts of points.
