Love Loyalty Points & Rewards

Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed.

From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. We're looking forward to launching it later this month!

A pesar de que la app es sencilla de usar, tengo que editar mi review por los problemas que estamos teniendo en cuanto hemos ido analizando con más detalle el funcionamiento.
La funcionalidad de referidos no funciona correctamente, algo que es fundamental para que tenga sentido. No discierne entre si el cliente es nuevo o no. No tiene sentido y nos ha penalizado bastante en la experiencia de cliente.
Por otro lado, no hay información suficiente cuando se producen cambios dentro de la app.

Love Loyalty has been a solid addition to our setup. It’s easy to use, quick to implement, and covers all the essentials for building a structured loyalty and membership program.

The flexibility around points, tiers, and perks is very strong, safe to say - a top pick in the current market. To add to that fact - their support team replies quickly, the issues (if any) are sorted out in no time.

The support team is incredibly fast and helpful. I needed to import a large historical points database for my existing customers, and they handled the CSV import for me within minutes! The integration with Shopify is smooth, and the customer service is top-notch.
