Lumise ‑ POD Product Designer

I recently reached out to the Lumise Support Team for assistance, and I must say, the experience was top-notch. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Special kudos to Andy, who went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved efficiently. Their dedication and professionalism truly made a difference.

This app can meet my needs and the support from lumise team is so greatful and helpful. But it would be better if it can be upgraded regularly

Overall a good app. I have the Shopify version and the Woocommerce version. The woo commerce version is by far better. The Shopify version does not allow for stock images even though their advertising says it does. Also support is not a good. I would give the woocommerce version 4 stars and the Shopify 2-3.

Moving over to Lumise from another product customizer. I would definitely recommend using this app. The product customizer is super easy to use on the back end. On the front end it looks really professional and clean. At first I had trouble installing the code onto my shopify theme however I was helped by customer support (Jade) on the spot! Jade was able to install the code for me in a few minutes. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality that Lumise offers!

if -5 stars was an option thats what this deserves. Terrible application for shopify, does not support it properly, Should not even be an application option for this platform. Customers can only go straight to checkout once products designed, no option to add to cart and combine with non lumise products. Useless!!! Don't waste your time.

Lumise POD has met all of our requirements for creating custom options for our customers. The support has been excellent, Jade was able to tweak our designer options and pointed me in the right direction for how to learn how to make changes. I learned a lot just in the short time Jade was helping me!

Playing around with the app. Had some questions and got help really fast. Thanks Andy for your effort!

Too many Bugs, and the worst bug is the customer service, shall we do the debug for Lumise ? I can, but they read without reply make me wanna quit it and leave the 1 star rating. Recently they still sent the mail to us and ask for give them a chance ,what's going on ? Why you don't reply us your app full of bugs at beginning ? I had reply you not to bother us any more, but you still send the mail to us ... , I had resend you mail to shopify , they will told you not to do it .
