Even though app says live support, one day they just decided to remove it, when you send them a message on messenger they say for shopify you need to email them. Haven't heard back from them since.
App is filled with bugs they don't bother to solve, they only give temporary solutions. For example in more than one instance I downloaded a design customer made as a pdf, and the pdf file was wrong so ...
Im currently setting up this designer for my shop & any questions or custom changes I need done to the designer customer support has helped greatly & promptly.
Great software for custom printing business, has a lot to offer but has room to improve. Definitely good for the price.
