LYVECOM: Shoppable Video & UGC

Slowed the store loading time significantly, designated placement in the store, no option to move up to different location on the product pages, collections, no support at all. Scheduled an on boarding call with Krista twice, and she didn't show up, then messaged though through chat box and was offered a call on another day, which i was open to, then they immediately said that that day was not available. I also emailed several times and got no reply and scheduled a call with Max who was also "no show".

We’re new to the platform but can already see its potential. If you’re a social media-active brand with your own or UGC content, you need this app. The integration is seamless, and it looks like a natural part of your theme. One of our favorite features is the ‘buy now’ button on the videos and the ability to configure bubbles for individual SKUs. But the best part is the support—super quick to respond, very helpful, and friendly.

Such a great app to grow your conversion rate on your website. We use Live shopping feature for our new launches & its a great way for us to connect with or customers. Building community is so important! The first time I did Live, 13 people signed up only 5 people was on. But 3 out of those 5 purchased.
