Lyve: Shoppable Video & UGC

Great support and great app! Highly recommended.

Lyve is relatively a newer player in the shoppable video game, and they are crushing it.
Implementation was swift and easy thanks to the dedicated team. Their support and nimble ability to release new features beat many other tools out there.

We've been using them for the last 6 months and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. The support is responsive and helpful. The onboarding video is crisp and clear. It definitely adds a degree of legitimacy and authenticity to our store. We love the scrollable UGC as it speaks more than reviews and in a different way. The price is a little steep, so would love if it could hopefully come down in the future, especially for up and coming stores.

Some feature ideas that might be really helpful:
- If a user purchases from our store, is it possible to know if they interacted with the Lyve widget. This way we can truly know and attribute it's ROI.
- Speed up the app/widget so that it doesn't slow down the page as much.

If you’re a social media-active brand with your own or UGC content, you need this app. The integration is seamless, and it looks like a natural part of your theme. One of our favorite features is the ‘buy now’ button on the videos and the ability to configure bubbles for individual SKUs.
