I am a new Lyve customer and am super happy with the quick and easy onboarding experience and the Lyve tool! Their customer support has been awesome and I am excited to see how the new video engagement tools I have just added to my Shopify website with Lyve will drive engagement and donations. Stoked and highly recommend this tool.
Increadibly kind and quick support! The application is actually very very nice and good to have in every Shopify store. I had some Improvements for the app and the support was ready to hear about it and implemented some of them instantly! It really is a pleasure to use this app. 5/5!!!
We recently started using Lyve and the experience has been so good that we installed it on a second Shopify store! When we ran into a technical issue with having 2 accounts, their support was super helpful and responsive in getting things set up properly for us. (Shoutout to Max from Lyve support!) They make it really easy to get in touch for assistance, and they respond quickly and helpfully.
We have been using Lyvecom for INH Hair over the past year. We have been looking for a live shopping service for awhile now. It’s reasonably priced, all encompassing of live shopping, 1-1 videos, & SO MANY MORE. The team is also reliable and great CX.
We've been using Lyve since the beta days from the beginning of the year. We've been meaning to do a lot more with video and finally found Lyve. We were easily able to get up and running with lives and do 1-on-1 video styling appointments which our customers have been loving. Their recent update with shoppable video embedding has been so helpful and easy to use to embed video product demos and give life to our site. Shoutout to Ryan from Support for always taking care of us!
