Honestly, the worst experience of software I've ever had
Honestly, don't know where to start with Madgicx. It got down to the only feature I'd ever use was the audience launcher (which you can in FB.) All the other tools either didn't work or worked one day and then didnt work the next. I posted my experience in a forum after getting no support. The CEo Yahav contacts me the next day prentending that he just 'dropped in for a courtesy call.) Long story short he gives me a 'one off' deal. Here is his email: Hey Tom, So here's my killer offer: 70% OFF the Annual Plan (Which is already discounted 20% OFF) for the $25k/mo madigcx plan. It will sum up to: 1090,8 per year this is less than $91 per month instead of $379. + you'll get 4 weekly 1hr sessions with me during the first month with the goal of teaching you how to use and master Madgicx so that it makes your ad account more profitable. The ultimate goal is that madgicx will either make you more money or save you more money and will def save you time managing your ad account. Terms:

From that point on I never heard from Yahav. I got 1 session, not 4 and he's skype me saying are you available and then he'd disappear. It was like being trolled by a teenager, ridiculous time-waster. So I never got my sessions and stuck to thinking I've got an audience launching piece of software. Then. I got to my billing and they had taken $4k over 4 months!! I contacted support who never got back to me until finally Dor (another Yahav type, promises the world and then disappears) gave me another deal, offering my half my money back, the rest in credit and some cloud tracking service. Wow, that took another 3 weeks and then the games began, long story short again every single function of MX is now broken. No one is getting back to me, "please send LOOM" "Please screen shot". It would take me days to do all this, the entire programme doesn't work. Their Cloud Tracking service won't even load their sub domain, just get the spinning wheel of death and then you get this finally from 'support' saying "all seems to be working at our end " Now I'm locked in a battle trying to get my $4k back and stuck with the only point of contact in support who talks like a teenage influencer. Madgicx are a group of ever changing young gameplayers who flit on and off calls making wild offers and then never delivering. They'll offer you 'reporting' software for free which made my browser flash like I had loaded a 90's trojan on a windows machine. It was trying to load data and got stuck in this ridiculous loop of never loading. Just awful, expensive, imcompetent, childish game playing little internet people. I'm on an M2 macbook pro 2022 and I've been in computing since 1989. Date of experience: 19 October 2022

Worst customer service ever. Installed two weeks ago, followed recommendations and was just hit with a massive bill. When I contacted them the response was this: 'so not a lot we can do here as it was used for promoting on meta' which firstly doesn't even make sense, and secondly not helpful AT all. DO not use this app, you have been warned.

I have been using Madgicx for a year now, and it's an amazing platform. It has greatly simplified the management of my Facebook ad accounts, providing me with clear insights and useful suggestions through its AI marketer tools. Additionally, they assigned Nico van Rensburg as my success manager at no extra cost, to help me in optimizing the ad accounts I manage. Nico is an amazing guy, always available to assist with even the most important issues. But most important after starting to work with him, my accounts have seen a significant improvement in performance. Great software with outstanding support, thumbs up!

No doubt my ROAS improved a lot. Their pre-set module really help a lot in the campaign...Their customer service rep are awsome!! Help me solved lot of issues...

Day 2 of using Madgicx and i'm already seeing huge benefits. Amazing support from the Madgicx crew, they helped me configure automation tasks and helped me understand how each tactic works and what they will do completely freeing me up to work on new content and think less about how my ads are doing.

I have started to use this app and it really works wonders. I have seen immediate positive results as soon as I started. My ads perform better and I have full control over them. It also has speeded my processes up significantly

This is a game changer for our company. To this point, FB hasn't been a viable channel for awareness level advertising, and full funnel ROAS hasn't gone above a 2 even in the best of times. In only 4 days working with Madgicx, we're seeing better CTR, better cost per PDP view, and better ROAS than we've ever see in 2 years of DIY Facebook advertising. Cannot recommend Madgicx enough

Update to my below and moved down to a 1 star rating. (for this to appear have chosen 4 or is not visible) I am now even more unhappy as was contacted out of the blue by Yahav Hartman the CEO to ask to have a call with me as wanted to understand my views. I set up the appointment through their system, got an email with the invite on zoom, 7 minutes before a reminder and then no one turned up. That was over a week ago, I emailed to say I had waited, maybe been an issue and offered to re-schedule. Nothing, no reply, no appology and no interest. Not great to be treated in this way and makes me feel my move away from the platform was correct. Original review
I really was unhappy after signing up for a three month membership. All the videos promise the world and an amazing ROAS. The reality is very different. My first meeting with a senior person left me feeling very negative and dejected. I was told it would be hard to do much as my budget was limited and I had very little exposure on Facebook. I set up a campaign, with difficulties at first. I was helped over 3 subsequent calls to rectify this and spent way more than I would want on the first campaign. They were expecting me to spend a daily amount that woud have wiped out my annual budget in one month. With not having confidence in having some guranteed return I felt very uncomfortable. I went with it, and had zero ROAS. As a very small business I just can't afford to waste money throwing this all towards Facebook when I am not getting a return.
I just saw today on my credit a renewal payment taken for a further 3 months. I spoke to the chat to a Glaisa, who told me they have a very strict refund policy. I was not sent any email to remind me that the funds would be taken automatically. She said she would raise a ticket, and advised me to cancel via the settings. This said to contact support as errored. She then said I see youo signed up with Shopify and that you need to cancel there. Then later advised that I have to contact Shopify about a refund as the subscription is with them. The funds were not billed by Shopify, but by Madgicx and show on my CC as Madgicx. This whole scenario is confusing. When I signed up, there was an issue. I was sent a link and then paid the subscription that way. I really am unhappy as had already decided not to continue and have not used the platform for over a month, as I was very disapointed and frustrated with no ROAS and a bewilderingly complicated platform to get around. I really am sorry, but I think the hype is not real for everyone, and for me this was an absolute total waste of money an time. I have given 2 stars because they have a decent support team. I would like to have a refund of the 3 months money taken 4 days back as I don´t wish to continue. If I had a reminder I would have cancelled before.
I am now confused as to who to ask for the money back for 2nd unwanted subscription that is automatic.
