We've used this app since 2022 and it has been great until recently. The new update requires updates to permission. They previously only required access to two things: view the theme and edit products.
Now they want permission to view all customer information i.e. name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system, edit products, edit ...
The support from this app is excellent. They were always quick to respond and offer a solution.
The only thing stopping us from using this app is the fact that it doesn't have the ability to add these fees to draft orders (yet?). This is the main reason we're looking for a product fee app, so if this ever becomes possible with Magical we will be back!
