We've used this app since 2022 and it has been great until recently. The new update requires updates to permission. They previously only required access to two things: view the theme and edit products.
Now they want permission to view all customer information i.e. name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system, edit products, edit orders, edit store functions, and view location data. When we reached out to the app owners to find an alternative solution (as we are not comfortable giving access or permission to all of that information) the response was there is no alternative.
Their percentage based fees are only for Shopify Plus stores and the fees are mandatory instead of optional. Truly a useless app.

Great app! I am a start up company so it is wonderful that the app does not charge initial high costs. I highly recommend this app. My website offers products for a rental subscription fee. This is the only app that is able to charge one time fees like deposits. I tried 50 different apps and this is the best one.

The apps works great and is very simple to use. For me in Germany it is critical to add deposits to bottles. The tax rate depends of the product that I'am selling. So it is great to see, that every fee is a new product and i can adjust the tax rate. The support is really friendly and quick responding, a bug that I experienced was fix within days!

The app solves the situation to charge bottle deposits super simple and logical. Especially in Germany, you are required to charge and display the deposit. The support helps with problems that arise and explain how to best integrate the app.
